• Dashboard Access: Web-based interface for service management
• Support Services: Technical support and documentation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

5. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

12. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@verit.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.

12.2 Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
